Ministry Focused Internships

The South Dakota District Internship program exists to expose a student to Youth and Children’s ministry at the District level and provides the opportunity to work closely with the SDAG office staff, including our District Youth Director, Mark Entzminger, and our District Superintendent, Stephen Schaible.
Additionally, we are positioned uniquely to provide close interaction with a local church staff team throughout the duration of the internship.
This internship will give real-world ministry experience as it relates to administration, lesson preparation and delivery, team dynamics, leadership development, and ministry interaction with children and teenagers. Because of the pace of ministry and the tasks that will be assigned it is to the students advantage if they show a proficiency in basic computer programs and demonstrate the ability to learn new computer programs.
Students applying to be an sd|yce intern are required to register through their college first. Once you have been accepted into the college internship program, please complete the Application and Goals and return it to our office for review. We will then be in touch with you for a follow-up interview as a part of the acceptance process.
